Viewing shared albums

If you want to see an album on the Phanfare service, you must first be connected to the album creator as a family member, friend or group member. Once connected, you will receive automatic email notifications from him/her with links directly to new albums or content. You will also have a Phanfare login and password that you can use to access any albums shared with you by Phanfare customers in the future.

• I am trying to view a friend's album, but when I go to the URL, I get prompted for a login and password. Why?
