Viewing order history

Your Order History is a complete list of the orders you have placed with Phanfare, including purchasing the Phanfare storage plan.

You can see the order number, order date, amount charged and the order status. You can also drill down to more details for each order.

Order History

To review your Order History using your Phanfare home page:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://www.phanfare.com)
2. Click on settings on the top right of the page.
3. Click on "View order history" under the Account & Billing Information section.

You can also access this page in the Windows Desktop client, by clicking the settings button on the top right of the application window and selecting Account Information. The settings page on your Phanfare home page referenced above will then open.

Tracking Your Order

For orders shipped via express delivery (2-day or next business day) you can obtain your tracking number and track your package on the order historyscreen (http://www.phanfare.com/settings/order_history.aspx). First click on "Details" to bring up the order details page. Click on "Track this shipment" to go directly to the carrier's website and display the latest tracking information.
