Update Email

The login for each Phanfare account is an email address. Therefore, no two accounts can be listed under the same email address. If you want multiple accounts, you will need to register them under different email addresses that you control and can access.

To update the primary email address on file:

1. Sign in to Phanfare (http://www.phanfare.com/login.aspx)
2. Go to Settings on the header
3. Click the Add/Update Email Address (http://www.phanfare.com/settings/email.aspx) link under Personal Information.
4. Add your new email address
5. Go to your email reader and look for the message we sent confirming the change.
6. Click the link in that email and login with your old email and password.
7. Once done, if you click settings and add/update email address again, you should see the primary email address has changed.

Note: If you try to change the email address on your account, and you receive a message that the email address is already in use, please send support an email (mailto:support@phanfare.com) from that address and ask that we remove the account under that address so you can update your primary account. Be aware that any content or contacts that you might have under that email address will be lost when we remove the account. You will need to re-add to your primary account when you've updated the email address.
