Setting account to not auto-renew

If you are currently a Phanfare customer and you do not want to have your account automatically renew each year, you can set Phanfare not to auto-renew.

To do this:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://www.phanfare.com)
2. Under Account and Billing Information, choose "Manage account storage/subscriptions."
3. Select the option not to auto-renew your account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Seven days prior to your renewal, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your account is not set up to auto-renew and giving you the option to change that and renew.
