If you are currently a Phanfare customer that is paying for unlimited storage and you do not want to have your account automatically renew each year OR you wish to move your account from the paid unlimited storage plan to the free 1GB storage plan, you can set Phanfare not to auto-renew.
To do this:
- Go to your Phanfare home page (http://www.phanfare.com)
- Under Account and Billing Information, choose "Manage account storage/subscriptions."
- Select the option not to auto-renew your account and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you choose this option and you have more than 1 GB of photos and videos on the service, Phanfare will delete albums in your account after your current subscription period expires until your total account storage is under the 1GB limit. Seven days prior to this event, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your account is not set up to auto-renew and giving you the option to change that and renew the unlimited storage plan. Prior to the expiration of your current subscription, you can also delete albums and content in your account to bring the storage under 1GB if you do not want Phanfare to do it automatically for you.
