RAW support
From Doc
Phanfare Pro subscribers interested in storing RAW images must first purchase one or more RAW storage blocks. RAW storage blocks are available in 10GB increments and cost $24.99 per block a year. You can add additional blocks at any time.
Uploading RAW
To upload a RAW file, you must first have a .jpg file of the same name. If uploading via our desktop clients or plugins, these files can be uploaded at the same time. For example, you can drop in 0112.jpg and 0112.nef at the same time. The files will associate with one another, and you will see one image in the album with a RAW icon on it.
If using the web-browser client, the .jpg file must be uploaded first. Then, you can add the RAW file. They can not be added at the same time.
RAW files are very large images so we strongly recommend uploading in smaller batches and not exiting the upload or client until all files are uploaded in full.
Exporting RAW from the clients
In the PC desktop client, you can right click any image thumbnail and choose whether to export the web sized image, high resolution .jpg image or the RAW image. In the Mac client, you can control-click on an image thumbnail and choose to export the web-sized rendition or the high resolution .jpg and the RAW image both. Currently, you can not export just the RAW image from the Mac client.
Downloading RAW from your online albums
There is an option in album options to allow viewers of your album to be able to download RAW images. You will need to set this on a per album basis.
