Q: Do my friends and family need a login and password to view my shared albums?
A: It depends on how you set up your albums. If you set any of your albums to be public, friends and family will not need a password to view. They can go directly to your site URL and view those albums. If you do set your albums up to be shared with friends or family only, then you will need to invite the people via email that you want to be in your friends and family lists to connect with you on Phanfare. When they accept, they set their own password and can then come to your URL at any time and sign in with their email and that password and view the albums you have shared with them as friend or family.
For other sharing options, including how to send someone a link to just one album without requiring that they be registered with Phanfare see: Sharing albums.
