Using your Phanfare home page (http://beta.phanfare.com), you can manage all your connections to your friends, family members, and groups.

Viewing your connections

To see everyone you are connected to:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://beta.phanfare.com). If you're not logged in, sign in with your login (your email) and your password.
2. Hover your mouse over "Friends & Family," then choose "View Friends and Family" on the top center of the home page.
3. This page has a full list of your connections with options to view albums they have shared with you (if they have any), view their profile, or remove the connection.

Removing a connection

To remove a connection to a friend, family member, or group:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://beta.phanfare.com).
   
2. Hover your mouse over "Friends & Family," then choose "View Friends and Family" on the top center of the home page.
3. Find the friend or family member in the listing and click on the white X next to that person's name. Click "OK" in the dialog box that pops up to remove the connection. You are now not connected to that person. You will no longer receive email notifications when that person updates content on their site.
4. If it is a group you are trying to leave, find the group name in the listing and click "leave group" next to the group name. Click " OK" in the dialog box that pops up to leave the group.

Note, your friends or family members will not receive any notification from Phanfare that you have removed the connection to them. However, your information will be removed from their profile page and their "View Friends & Family" page so they will likely notice that you have removed yourself. If you don't want to break the connection, but you do want to stop receiving content notifications, you can adjust this in your settings.

Editing a Group

If you are the creator of the group, you can use the Manage Connections page to edit the properties of the group:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://beta.phanfare.com).
   
2. Hover your mouse over "Friends & Family," then choose "View Friends and Family" on the top center of the home page.
3. Find the group in the listing and select "Edit Group" to the right.
4. The settings for the group will then appear. From here you can change:
   • Group name
   • Group description
   • Get the URL for the group's shared albums
   • See who owns the group and who belongs to it
   • Change who can invite other members to join the group (only the group owner or any group member)
   • Change who can share content with the group (only the group owner or any group member).
