What is my login and password?
Your Phanfare login is your email address. You set your password when you first signed up for Phanfare or accepted a friend or family member's invitation to connect with you.
If you are trying to view a Phanfare album but have not been invited by that person to connect with them to view their albums, you need to either contact that person directly to request an invitation OR sign up for a Phanfare account and then revisit the albums and click the link on the page to request an invitation to connect. Your friend, family member, or group will then receive an email asking them to invite you to connect and give you access to the albums.
Click her to request to reset your password. If you don't know which email address you used to register for the service, you can try to login with the possible options. If still unable to login, please contact support (mailto:support@phanfare.com).
Where do I login?
Your Phanfare home page at http://www.phanfare.com is your central control panel for both viewing your friends and family's albums and creating and sharing your own albums. Just login with your email address and your password. Read more about your Phanfare home page.
You also can download (http://beta.phanfare.com/download.aspx) and install our Windows or Mac desktop applications and login with your email address and password upon launch. Read more about our desktop applications.
Can I use Phanfare on multiple computers?
You can use Phanfare on as many computers as you want. Your web-browser based Phanfare home page enables you to upload pictures and make changes to your account anywhere you have an Internet connection and a browser. You can also install and use the desktop application on multiple computers. You should, however, avoid making changes to your Phanfare account from multiple computers at the same time. Read more.
