What is my login and password?
Your login for your Phanfare account is your email address. You set your Password when you signed up for Phanfare. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here (http://www.phanfare.com/forgot_password.aspx).
If you are unsure which email address you are currently using for your account, please try all the options you can think of. If still unable to login, please contact support (mailto:support@phanfare.com) with your site URL, the name the account should be under and your billing address. We can then help you locate your account information.
Where do I login?
The primary place to login to your Phanfare account is via the web at http://www.phanfare.com/login.aspx. This will take you to your dashboard where you can manage your account, create new albums, share existing albums, view visitor reports, etc.
You can also download and install our Windows or Mac desktop client applications and login there with your email and password upon launch.
Can I use Phanfare on multiple computers?
You can access Phanfare on as many computers as you want. If you have an Internet connection and a browser, you can access Phanfare at www.phanfare.com. You can also install and use the desktop application on multiple computers. You should, however, avoid uploading or making edits to your Phanfare account from multiple computers at the same time as this will cause errors.
