Importing Email Addresses

You can import e-mail addresses from an existing address book.
From the [invitation screen (http://www.phanfare.com/invite/invite.aspx)], click on Import E-mail Addresses.
Importing from GMail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, Live and MSN
You can import directly from several popular web-based email services just by entering your e-mail address and password. Phanfare will not store your login credentials to third-party services beyond what is required to complete the import.
Because these email service providers constantly make changes to their sites, you may encounter situations where the importer doesn't work. If this is the case, use the email service's address book export feature to create a csv text file and then import this file.
Importing from Other Sources
You can also import your Outlook, Mac or other e-mail client address book as a .csv file.
Importing Your Phanfare Address Book
If you had an account with Phanfare prior to January 2008, you can also import your contacts from your Phanfare Address Book.
