You can hide both albums and individual images in Phanfare.

Hiding albums

You can hide albums from the Phanfare web-browser client (http://www.phanfare.com) and from the desktop application.

Using web-browser client

1. Go to http://www.phanfare.com and login if requested.
2. Click on the album you want to hide.
3. Click on the blue edit button above the album thumbnails to bring down the properties menu for the album.
4. Uncheck every box under "Who can see this album?" and click Save.

Using the Windows client

1. Open the Phanfare desktop application and log in.
2. Click on the album you want to hide.
3. Click on the Album Options button.
4. Uncheck every box in the Sharing category and click Save and Return to Album at the top.

Using the Mac client

1. Open the Phanfare desktop application and log in.
2. Click on the album you want to hide.
3. Click on the Album Options button.
4. Uncheck every box in the Sharing category and click Save.

Hiding images

You can hide individual images from the Phanfare web-browser client (http://www.phanfare.com) and desktop application.

Using the web-browser client

1. Go to http://www.phanfare.com and login if requested.
2. Check the box next to the image you want to hide.
3. Click on the Show/Hide Image button on the right side.

Using the Windows client

1. Open the Phanfare desktop application and log in.
2. Right-click on the image you want to hide.
3. Select Don't Show on Website.

Note: You can also click on the image you want to hide and use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+H to hide the image selected. This works on multiple images selected at once, as well.

Using the Mac client

1. Open the Phanfare desktop application and log in.
2. Control-click on the image you want to hide.
3. Select Don't Show on Website.
