Phanfare dropbox allows you to receive high resolution photos and videos from others.

You can have a drop box for your main site and any subsite (optional). The drop box will appear at yourname.phanfare.com/dropbox. When photos and videos are dropped off, you will receive email.

There is no limit to how much you can receive via the drop box. Each time you get a drop off , Phanfare creates a new unpublished album with the photos and videos. In addition, there is a limit of 500 images per drop off.

All Phanfare customers, both Premium and Pro have drop boxes and the storage used by drop boxes is included in your annual fee (unlimited storage).

Subsites (only available under Phanfare Pro) can have drop boxes too. So if you have a subsite called yourname.phanfare.com/soccer then the drop box will appear at yourname.phanfare.com/soccer/dropbox.

You can control whether any given subsite has a drop box. To get to your drop box, the person must be able to get to the site associated with that drop box

Enable Dropbox

1. Sign into Phanfare (http://www.phanfare.com/login.aspx)
2. Click on "Settings" on the ribbon at the top of the window
3. Click “Site Properties” under Presentation Options.
4. Check the box for “Allow visitors to drop off photos and videos to be reviewed”
5. Click Save.

Disable Dropbox

1. Sign into Phanfare (http://www.phanfare.com/login.aspx)
2. Click on "Settings" on the ribbon at the top of the window
3. Click “Site Properties” under Presentation Options.
4. Uncheck the box for “Allow visitors to drop off photos and videos to be reviewed”
5. Click Save.
