Q: I am trying to download a large album and it keeps timing out on me. What can I do?

A: We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it. You may want to reattempt the download to see if it will work the second time, or try to download from another computer. If you own the album, the best way is to try exporting it via the desktop application, or break the album into multiple sections and then try downloading on a per section basis. If you do not own the album, you should let your family, friend, or group administrator know you are having an issue and see if they can break the album up into sections.
