Cancel Account

If would like to cancel your Phanfare account, please contact support (mailto:support@phanfare.com) from your email address of record and request to cancel. Support will reply to that email, asking for confirmation you indeed want to cancel your account. Please confirm you do, and support will close the account. Accounts will not be closed until confirmation of the request is received.

Alternatively, you can set your account not to automatically renew at the end of your current subscription period:

1. Sign into Phanfare (http://www.phanfare.com/login.aspx)
2. Click settings on the header
3. Click manage account storage/subscriptions
4. Click the link to cancel automatic renewal

If auto-renew is cancelled, your account will automatically disable at the end of your current subscription. Photos and videos will be permanently deleted after 90 days.
