Deactivate Account

To deactivate or cancel your Phanfare membership:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://www.phanfare.com)
2. Choose settings in the header
3. Click "Deactivate account" under Account and Billing Information.

Once deactivated, your connections will be removed and you will no longer receive any email from those connections via Phanfare.

If you do deactivate your account but decide later to use Phanfare again or you want to view someone else's pictures on Phanfare so you want your account accessible again, it can be reactivated by logging back in with your email address and password. However, if you were a unlimited storage plan customer previously, your account would not automatically rebill if reactivated. You would become a free account user unless you specifically went into settings-->Check Account storage and chose unlimited storage again.

Phanfare customers who have paid for additional storage and no longer want unlimited storage but do want to continue using Phanfare, can set their accounts not to auto-renew and downgrade to the free membership at the end of their current subscription period.See Related Article: Setting account to not auto-renew.
