Customizing your URL

Phanfare automatically uses your first and last name as the custom URL for your photo web site. For example, if your name is John Smith, by default your Phanfare albums will have an web site URL of
http://johnsmith.phanfare.com.

You can change this default URL to anything you like.

Editing via the web-browser client

1. Login at http://www.phanfare.com
2. Click on "Settings" on the header and then click on "Site Properties".
3. Fill in the custom URL field under Website. You can input anything you like, as long as it hasn't been taken by another customer.
4. Click Save.

Editing via the Windows Desktop Application

1. Click on Presentation Options at the center top of the application window.
2. Fill in the custom URL field. You can input anything you like, as long as it hasn't been taken by another customer.
3. Click Save.

Editing via the Mac Desktop Application

1. Click on Site Options at the top left of the application window.
2. Fill in the custom URL field. You can input anything you like, as long as it hasn't been taken by another customer.
3. Click Save.
