Clicking the Customize button at the center of the screen takes you into an advanced editing mode where you can modify, add more photos, text, clipart, pages, and more.

Photos

Add photos: To add an image to the page, drag it from the My Photos tab to the page.

Replace photos: To replace an image that appears on a page, drag it on top of the existing photo.

Edit photos: Click on a photo and the photo Tools menu pops up. Here, you can move, resize, rotate, crop and alter the placement of photos. You can also zoom and pan the photo using Edit Photo option.

Set photo as page background: Click on a photo on the page and choose Set as Background. The photo will cover the full page.

Clipart

Add clipart: Navigate through the various categories of clipart to find the one that you want to use. Then drag it onto the page.

Modify clipart: You can drag clipart to move it anywhere on the page. Click on the clipart and you can also resize, rotate, and change the display order of the clipart within the elements on the page.

Delete clipart: Drag the clipart off the card.

Borders

Add or change a border: Choose a border from the various categories and drag it on top of the photo that you want to frame.

Remove a border: Drag the No Border symbol (red circle with the line through it) on top of the object.

Backgrounds

Modify the background: Mouse over an area of the page that doesn't contain photos, text or clipart. Click when a green border surrounds the page. You can zoom and pan the border on the page, as well as alter its brightness.

Change the background: Click on the Backgrounds tab and choose from a large selection of backgrounds to drag onto the page. You can also click on any photo on a page select Set as Background.

Text

Add Text: Click on the Text tab and drag the Abc text icon onto a page.

Modify Text: Click on the text element. You can alter the text, select from a variety of fonts, and choose the size, color, styling, alignment and background for the text. The pop-up Text Tools lets you move the text element around on the page, as well as alter the width of the text box, rotate the text, and set its order among the elements on the page.

Delete Text: Click on the text element and drag it off the card.
