Account status

To view your account status, check the amount of storage you are using, add more storage, or set your account to not auto-renew:

1. Go to your Phanfare home page (http://www.phanfare.com).
2. Click on Settings in the header bar.
3. Click on "Manage account storage/subscriptions" under Account Information.

In the Windows desktop application, go to the Settings button at top right and choose "Account Settings." This will bring up the page on your Phanfare home page referenced above. Choose "Manage account storage/subscriptions" under Account Billing and Information.

In the Mac desktop application, go to "Phanfare2" on the top left and then choose "Account Settings." This will bring up the page on your Phanfare home page referenced above. Choose "Manage account storage/subscriptions" under Account Information.

You can also deactivate or cancel your account.
