Accepted file types

Phanfare Photo currently supports the following image formats up to 20MB in size:

• jpg
• gif
• psd (single layer 8 bit/channel RGB mode, 3 or 4 channel images only)
• tiff
• bmp
• png
• RAW (Phanfare Pro subscribers only. See details.)
  
  

For videos, we currently support formats listed below. Individual videos must be less than 10 minutes (20 minutes for PRO) in length (must also be under 2GB in size) and in a non-interlaced (progressive scan) format.

• avi
• mpg
• mov
• wmv
• .mp4 or .m4v
  
• 3gp
• 3gpp files

Currently, we do not support the following formats:

• Document files such as .pdf, .doc, .xls, etc.
• Flash video files
• avchd files
